Pretzel Dip For Dunking All Your Favorite Snacks

Don't let the name sway you. Pretzel dip is an elegantly creamy and zingy dip that is great for more than pretzels. The texture is soft and spreadable, thanks to a rich triple brie cheese and a light Swiss cheese. The color matches the quintessential cheese dip you'd normally eat with a soft pretzel at festivals. In fact, this dip is very reminiscent of hot beer-cheese dip, but it's much easier to make. You'll go back for more and more. Use a mixer or food processor to blend the cheese for a creamier texture, or use a potato masher. Serve with freshly sliced onions, radishes, pretzels, and of course beer.
