Kentucky Fried Chicken is changing its menu lineup with three new Saucy Nuggets flavors, some with a major kick.

If you're asking what Saucy Nuggets are, KFC introduced the all-white-meat, hand-breaded chicken nuggets in March. They're tossed in one of six sauces, which means you really will have to lick your fingers when you eat them—this is KFC, after all.

We've long associated KFC with big buckets of fried chicken, buttery-smooth mashed potatoes drenched in gravy, and finely chopped coleslaw. But chicken chains have been getting creative lately, introducing everything from rice bowls to chicken pot pies. And new sauces are hatched on a regular basis.

KFC has dropped three of its original Saucy Nugget flavors: Sticky Chicky Sweet 'n Sour, Georgia Gold, and Nashville Hot. But they aren't giving up on spice entirely. The chicken chain describes their new Mango Habanero sauce as "swicy" because it's both fruity and fiery. The new Chipotle Ranch flavor is creamy, mildly spicy, and smoky, while Honey Garlic also has an unexpected "kick of heat."

Two flavors remain on the menu: Korean BBQ and Honey BBQ. KFC sells a 10-piece Saucy Nuggets for just $5.99. And yes, you can order your 10-piece nuggets unsauced.

To promote the new sauces, KFC is sending a repurposed ice cream truck around the country with "This Drip Don't Quit" emblazoned on the side. According to a news release, the Sauce Serve Truck will be in Austin, Texas on Saturday, August 24. You can taste test out the new sauces at the corner of South Congress and West Monroe Street from 12 to 6 p.m.
