Made with concentrated lemon and mango juices, sugar, and water, it has a fresh, homemade taste that’s just the right balance of sweet and tangy. Not surprisingly, customers adored this drink—so much so that when it was eventually taken off shelves, there was a social media campaign to bring it back. And now it’s back! Maria Brous, Director of Communications at Publix, says that Mango Lemonade was once a limited time offering that is now a permanent item at all stores. So now you can enjoy this punchy drink all year long. Look for it in the deli section. Cameron Beall Carrot Cake Cookies Sometimes the most unassuming looking items turn out to be the ones that really knock your socks off. That is the case for Publix’s Carrot Cake Cookies, which combined the ingredients of the classic layer cake with the chewy-crispy texture of a cookie. Each cookie was loaded with dried pineapple, coconut, walnuts, diced carrots, cinnamon, and “cream cheese-flavored drops” that were similar to white chocolate chips. Good news for cookie fans: According to Brous, this limited time item will once again be available in the store’s bakery department starting in July 2024 through September 2024.
